Students from Niles High School in Niles, Michigan recently visited the Surf Internet Studios at the Porter County Career and Tech Center (PC3), gaining a firsthand look at the immersive, hands-on learning experiences available through PC3’s Career and Technical Education programs.
During their visit, the Niles students toured the facilities, explored multiple CTE pathways, and engaged with PC3 students to exchange ideas and learn about daily life in the program. Highlights of the visit included observing a live interview with PC3 Principal Becich and a special seasonal appearance by “Nikko Claus,” giving the guests a fun and memorable behind-the-scenes broadcast experience.
PC3 was excited to welcome the visiting students and their instructor, Mr. Cornelius, and appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators and learners. The visit showcased the value of cross-school partnerships and real-world learning opportunities.
PC3 looks forward to continuing this collaboration and welcoming Niles High School back for future visits.
